I heard some streamer said the stats on gun card are the same before the patch. +135% dmg. Didn't go through at first but was pushed out last night. I'd say take your pick. Lucian's may be better if you want the faster fire rate and bigger mag. Rowan's trades those for more damage. Both are very good after the budfs.

The way I did it was went to Mayhem 3 continuously followed the Looting around shooting him in the bag and then die on purpose so that way he would wreak I'm back with full life and he would just throw out legendaries instead of killing him for just a backpack.Lucian's Call is the type of weapon that deals low damage per bullet but high firing rate. Ties that Bind further reduce the damage to 35%. So the overkill damage from the death blow is insignificant. Overkill is definitely helpful but not the main cause of this monstrous damage number.
